I love every parts of this watch!
The dial colour looks champagne under the sunlight, creamy when dark, very special and nice.
The indices format provide a modern looks, and the shape and the overall feeling looks classics, don't know how to describe it, it's feeling, maybe thanks to the bold bezel and the clean, balance dial, a great balance.
Thin, I must highlight it! When I deciding purchase this watch or not, after review all the image, specs and review, I assume the thickness just like a "standard" maybe 12-13mm. But it is far thin from it, that was a surprise. Then, I pressed the button "Buy Now" lol.
I think the most attractive point for buying this watch is it can work with both classics and sporty looks, in a dress watch strap (I wearing taupe epsom) and a bright colour leather/rubber strap (I am going to have light blue).
Highly recommend. Looking forward to HESILI produces the series 2.
Brands like Hesili are bringing more new watch lovers into the world of watches than others. So it is a joy to see someone with passion creates a peice of work that makes me proud to wear it. I love this watch, right size for my wrist, right balanced classic look with vintage credentiials and suble details that makes me remember how often I looked for time on my wrist versus the phone that is attached to my palm.
Met Sam, one of the creator, at Wind Up show in Chicago and this watch stood out to me. Bought the Champagn.
I truly love this watch. I received it a few weeks ago as a gift to myself for starting a new job. It is my first auto, so I have no prior experience with anything other than old handwinds and some quartz.
The bulk of the value here goes into the dial and finishing in general. Everything from the pebbled leather strap (in a rare cool grey color way), to the immaculate finishing on the indices and cream dial, it reeks of quality.
Timekeeping wise, the movement is a Swiss auto with a solid 40+ hours of power reserve, so as long as you don’t let it sit for a whole weekend it keeps on trucking. I haven’t had to adjust it at all, so it must be a pretty small variance per day.
There are cheaper dress watches, there are ones with a ton of lume or extra complications, but none on the market in this price range seems to have such a quality fit, finish and original design. The latter point is huge as there are plenty of homages out there—but the Series 1 is truly unique.
Oh and I almost forgot, the blue hands are gorgeous. Everyone notices that first.
I absolutely love my champagne dial OSO. The blued handset changes hue depending on the light and offsets against that dial perfectly. I recommend getting the blue vegan leather band too; it’s a great match and wears really well. My OSO is now my go-to dress watch, though I have no problem wearing it as an everyday casual piece as well. It is very adaptable that way.
